Here’s no need to make the soup thicker. The pumpkin contributes to the thickness. Instead, I usually use milk to make pumpkin soup. Add a little butter to your soup if you want it to have even more richness without cream.
2. To make White Pumpkin Risotto: peel and remove the seeds. Dice the ingredients into a manageable size. Cut the garlic and onion into thin pieces. Choose a normal-sized pan, set the medium heat, then put some butter or oil before putting the onions in. Cook the onion until it turns soft, but make sure that the onions remain white.
After softening everything, add the garlic and pumpkin and simmer for a few more minutes. It usually works best with the pan lid on, allowing the vegetables to sweat. Roughly purée the squash after mashing.
After cooking the rice for a minute or two, add enough stock to cover it. It usually requires more stirring towards the end rather than much at the beginning.
3. Pumpkin pie: Preheat the oven to 425º. Have an open bowl, then mix the eggs well, add sweetened condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt to the pumpkin mash. Fill the pie crust with the filling. Prick large air bubbles with a toothpick. Bake the pie for 15 minutes. After baking, lower the oven’s temperature to 350ºF and bake for another half hour.
Cut shapes out of the extra pie dough, if you’d like, while it bakes. Add a milk wash and a sugar coating. Put the item on a baking tray. Once the middle of our pie sets, we can remove it. While you’re preparing the cutouts, don’t turn off the oven.
Your pie should come to room temperature. When the pie has turned cool, bake the cutouts until they’ve turned to a dark golden shade. After using the cutouts to decorate, put the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour or until you’re ready to serve.
4. Pumpkin curry: To make this nutritious dish, chop the pumpkin well into little pieces. It’s essential that the shapes are consistent. Take a coconut, green chilies, tiny onions, and turmeric powder and make them into a paste.
The pumpkin chunks along with this paste, for taste, add salt as needed. Combine all ingredients well. Heat oil in a pan, add the mixture we’ve made first and stir frequently for 4 minutes.
The leaves should be sautéed, and the mustard seeds should pop. Stir in the pumpkin mixture. The mixture starts to dry out, stir it and heat it. Heat and cook until the food is well cooked. As a tasty dish, we prepare white pumpkin curry.
Pour into a bowl or serving tray. Add dried cranberries, feta cheese, and toasted walnuts on top of a bowl or serving tray. After adding extra salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with balsamic dressing. Serve after tossing to mix.

2- Dehydrator/Oven
Dehydrators or ovens are commercially used to preserve the peppermint or spearmint leaves. You will require the following things to perform air drying:
First of all, harvest the mint leaves with stem shortly after the sun rise—the best moment to do so.
To get any dirt or trash from the leaves, rinse them in cold water.
Eliminate extra moisture by patting the leaves with a fresh kitchen towel or paper towel.
After removing from stems, arrange the leaves in a single layer on a dry tray, leaving room in-between for air to move through. One can line the tray before drying with plastic wrap. For between two to five hours, dry the mint at 40°C/105°F until it becomes brittle and breaks to pieces rather than bending.
